- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After a serious accident I was taken to West Mead Hospital Sydney ... tragic circus although staff did all they could to make us comfortable the management has lost it. The food was not even fit for a dog. So as soon I could I asked to be transferred to my hometown's Coonabarabran Hospital. Had to spent there an other 3 weeks. What can I say : It's not a hospital , it is a fine resort ! The food is better as what one may encounter in many restaurants , with room for special requests. The cleanliness is just unbelievable, the spacious wards are cleaned by staff who love their job! The nurses treat you with respect and are truly professional. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪unfortunately had reason to visit A&E on Sunday 31/1/16 after son crashed dirt bike. Nursing staff, doctor on call and radiologist were fantastic and very reassuring. Thanks very much for checking him over. We couldn't have asked for more.Mark WilliamsDecember 22, 2016
